Manufacturing Process

2. Drawing - Wire Drawing

We have no limits or standard measurements.

We have developed our wire drawing process to meet quantity and quality requirements without establishing minimums for size, length, or weight. This allows us to provide the market with the assurance of offering a product in the required quantities and measurements.

4. Annealing - Heat Treatment

We apply heat treatment to the conductors after the required sections (round, square, rectangular, or ribbon) have been formed to restore malleability.

1. Material Receipt

We have a wide range of copper and aluminum rods supplied directly from some of the most important manufacturers at the national level. These rods can reach diameters of up to 16 mm in copper and 15 mm in aluminum.

We use CE11000 alloy for copper and EC1350 alloy for aluminum, both of which are properly certified and comply with ASTM standards.

3. Rolling - Cold Rolling

Our process is capable of minimizing camber.

For squares, rectangles, and rounded edges or corners, we guarantee measurements with the highest level of precision and stricter tolerances, with variations below 1%. We do not establish standardized measurements, allowing us to meet specific requirements without limitations.

4. Annealing - Heat Treatment

We apply heat treatment to the conductors after the required sections (round, square, rectangular, or ribbon) have been formed to restore malleability.

We have established controls to achieve the required levels of softness, making us specialists in meeting the required toughness, elongation, yield strength, and
hardness.

5. Insulation

We prioritize safety and quality by providing specific arrangements for insulation on all our conductors, ensuring dimensional accuracy of the insulation.

Our process allows us to apply a wide range of high-quality insulation, with thermal properties ranging from 90°C to over 240°C and dielectric properties reaching up to 2000 Volts/0.001″.

This enables us to provide technical assistance in selecting the appropriate insulation for the required application. Some of the insulation options we offer include Kapton, Kapton FCR, Polyimide, Polyamide (Aramid or Nomex MR), Peref, Daglass, Fiberglass, Cotton, and Paper.
